🔍 Role Overview
This is a community-based, outpatient internal medicine role, ideal for a physician who excels in managing complex adult medical cases. You'll work autonomously within a collaborative team, contributing to whole-person care alongside family doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult patients with complex or chronic illnesses

• Manage diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for a broad range of internal medicine conditions

• Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and allied professionals for continuity of care

• Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and labs with evidence-based precision

• Participate in clinical case reviews, team discussions, and quality improvement projects

• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

• Support preventive care and patient education initiatives

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Medical degree and postgraduate training in Internal Medicine

• Certification in Internal Medicine via RCPSC, MRCP(UK), ABIM, FRACP, or equivalent

• Eligibility for independent practice license with the CPSO (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario)

• Strong diagnostic skills and interest in complex, multidisciplinary care

• Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration abilities
